Public Transportation to the Hotel

From Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), go to the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport Metrorail station, and take the Yellow Line train (in the direction of Fort Totten) to the L'Enfant Plaza Metro station. Travel time on the Metro is approximately 10 minutes.
From Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), the 5A Metrobus runs between the airport and the city on weekdays and Saturday (see their timetable for more details). The 5A terminates at the L'Enfant Plaza Metro station. Travel time via the Metrobus is approximately 50 minutes. Or, alternatively, riders can disembark at the Rosslyn Metro station, and continue to the hotel via the Blue Line train (in the direction of Largo Town Center) to the L'Enfant Plaza Metro station. Total combined bus and rail travel time is approximately 45 minutes.
From Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI), the B30 Metrobus runs between the airport and the city on a daily basis (see their timetable for more details). The B30 terminates at the Greenbelt Metro station. Riders must then take the Green Line train (in the direction of Branch Ave) to the L'Enfant Plaza Metro station. Total combined bus and rail travel time is approximately one hour.

From Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA):
- Start out going south toward Abingdon Drive.
- Turn left toward Alexandria/Washington.
- Take the ramp toward I-395/Washington.
- Merge onto George Washington Memorial Parkway North.
- Merge onto I-395 North toward Washington.
- Take the exit towards Maine Ave.
- Take the L'Enfant Promenade ramp.
- Turn right onto L'Enfant Prom/L'Enfant Plaza SW.
- L'Enfant Prom/L'Enfant Plaza SW becomes Banneker Circle SW.
- Turn right onto L'Enfant Prom/L'Enfant Plaza SW.
- Turn right onto L'Enfant Plaza SW.
- End at L'Enfant Plaza Hotel.
From Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD):
- Start out going west on Dulles Airport Access Rd. toward Saarinen Circle.
- Dulles Airport Access Rd. becomes Saarinen Circle.
- Turn slight right onto Copilot Way.
- Turn right onto Cargo Drive.
- Cargo Drive becomes Aviation Drive.
- Turn left onto ramp.
- Merge onto Dulles Airport Access Rd.
- Merge onto VA-267 E toward I-495/Exit 18-19/Va-123/Baltimore/Richmond.
- Merge onto VA-123N/Dolley Madison Blvd via Exit 19B toward McLean.
- Take the George Washington Memorial Parkway East ramp. Merge onto George Washington Memorial Parkway S/GW PKWY S.
- Merge onto I-395 North toward Washington.
- Take the exit towards Maine Ave.
- Take the L'Enfant Promenade ramp.
- Turn right onto L'Enfant Prom/L'Enfant Plaza SW.
- L'Enfant Prom/L'Enfant Plaza SW becomes Banneker Circle SW.
- Turn right onto L'Enfant Prom/L'Enfant Plaza SW.

Combine Driving and Public Transportation
You can dramatically save on parking fees if you park at one of the convenient Metrorail stations in Maryland or Virginia and then take the Metrorail train to the hotel in DC.
In Maryland, the Greenbelt Metro Station has ample parking. And getting there is easy. If traveling from the east on I-495 (also known as the Beltway), take Exit 24 right to the station. If traveling from the west, take exit 23 onto Kenilworth Avenue and, after passing two streets, turn left onto Cherrywood Lane and follow the signs to turn right into the Metro station.
In Virginia, the Franconia-Springfield Metro Station has ample parking. If traveling from the north on I-95, take Exit 169-AB and follow the signs. If traveling from the south, such as from the I-495 Beltway, take Exit 169-A to Franconia Road, then turn right onto Frontier Drive.
Both of these stations are at the ends of their respective lines, so all their trains (the Green and Blue Lines) will stop at the L'Enfant Plaza Metro Station below the hotel (though Blue Line riders may prefer to switch trains at the Pentagon Metro stop, and take the Yellow Line to the L'Enfant Plaza Metro Station).
